Welcome and thank you for your interest in what I do.
I was born in Australia and lived overseas in several countries, giving me an appreciation of other cultures, people and lifestyles and the wisdom we can learn from them. I now try to integrate this knowledge into my life path.
Some twenty years ago I decided to follow my interest in the metaphysical world by studying, as I love to learn. My first course was in Colour Therapy. I felt like I was stepping back into myself and stepping forward on my path. I apply colour in many ways in my own life and in individual healing modalities, some of which may include crystals, clothing, colour breathing techniques and grid or essence work.
Crystals came into my life, also around 20 years or so ago, when I was gifted a beautiful amethyst geode that I've named "Merlin" due to his natural form. It started my quest for knowledge about these Earth Elders leading me to further study Crystal Healing and develop my own connections with these special spirits. Crystals are part of my everyday life. They help with grid work, health and hands on healing, meditation, essences, and guidance.
Some years later a new path opened for me bringing my first Heart Drum. I journeyed with this drum starting with drumming the beat only. I found that the beat came through me not from me. The drum danced and so did I. From these experiences I learnt to work with the drum for meditation, vibrational healing, house and room clearing, as well as other personal and spirit work. The drum gave me the gift of finally being able to express myself.
Rescue Remedy was my introduction to flower essences. The essences for me are another way to enhance vibrational healing and I enjoy finding what will suit each individual (or animal) best. I also find the essences along with certain cards, are wonderful for divination.
One of the gifts of my life path has been close work with my totem animals, I have enjoyed these spiritual helpers and studied their medicine. I came across the book Animal Dreaming by Scott Alexander King and it opened another area that spoke to my heart. I then attended one of his seminars and related to his work very much. Since then I have completed his Animal Dreaming courses from which I currently am working with the Animal Dreaming Essences and animal spirit guides.
My open drum circles offer the chance to explore different aspects of the Heart Drum which not only include drumming, but also Spirit Journeying, Accessing Other Aspects of Self, Stress Release, Help in finding your own voice, and just for the pure fun the drum offers! The drum carries the heart beat of the Earth, connecting us to Her, and celebrating all She offers.
